Jess Tang is founder and CEO of Mavic.ai, an AI-first marketing platform headquartered in Singapore. She spent fifteen years in brand and creative - planning at Zeno Group, leading marketing innovation for Johnson & Johnson's consumer brands across Asia-Pacific, then CMO of an F&B group before turning thirty - before codifying the marketing process into systems and building the technology to run them. PRovoke Media has twice named her one of Asia-Pacific's Innovator 25. She has spoken and run generative AI marketing workshops across Singapore, the Philippines, Oman and Hong Kong, and is teaching a million people to use AI for marketing.
Desmond Chen is a Film Director and Executive Producer with a career spanning commercial filmmaking, brand storytelling, and creative leadership over the last 26 years. He founded Atypicalfilms, a boutique production house, and Bandits, an agile content studio engineered for speed and a new generation of creative talent. Beyond his directorial practice, Desmond has built a career centered on talent development. Cultivating emerging directors and producers, and shaping the creative and commercial landscape. He has served as adjunct lecturer and consistently judged at award shows, and remains driven by a deep commitment to teaching, leadership, and building the next generation of creative talent.
Anand Roy, Founder & CEO of Wubble. Anand is an Emmy-nominated, award-winning Producer, Musician & Disney veteran. He spent 17 years with Disney, running various verticals for the company across multiple geographies. Along with Media Networks, Studios, Live Entertainment and Animation Development he achieved particular success running Disney's music business in the APAC region, growing the business 10x in 3 years. As the Founder of Wubble, Anand is pushing the boundaries of music and audio creation, and disrupting music licensing infrastructure in a way that hasn't been done for over a century.
